A peek at our River Mersey stretch.
Who We Are
We are a small pub based fishing club from Latchford in Warrington
|
The Cheshire Cheese Angling Club (CCAC) was founded in 1962 at the pub of the same name in Latchford, Warrington. Original members were mainly rugby players looking for an alternative pastime during the rugby close season. They chose fishing and the rest, as they say, is history. The club used to fish venues around the country as well as Wales, Scotland and Ireland but with an aging membership and current economic climate we have had to cut our cloth accordingly.

We would love to see new members

The CCAC is open for membership and information is available using the contacts page. Alternatively we have monthly meetings at the Cheshire Cheese pub in Latchford, on the first Thursday of the month commencing at eight o'clock.
